FRONTEND SUBMISSIONS ON GOOGLE MAPS is an extension of the WP Google Maps Pro plugin. This extension allows members/guests to add (Markers)location from the frontend on your given map. Using this extension you can allow their members/guests to submit their location/address details from the frontend and also display location list to members/guests which is submitted by them.

Please make sure you have installed WP Google Map Pro plugin into your website. In case you have not installed it yet. Please download these plugins and configure them first. Here are the following steps to install the WP Google Map Pro plugin.

Here are the following process to configure Frontend Submissin On Google Map add-on:

Create Frontend Submission Form

To adding location extra fields on frontend submission form we need to navigate “WP Google Maps Pro->Frontend Form Submission” page & go to the “Choose Fields in Add Location Form” option.

Select the checkbox of the fields which type of other extra location data you want to submit from the frontend & also you can set these fields are mandatory or not according to your requirements. After this small process, we save these settings. You can see that fields are displaying in Frontend Location form.

In this addon, you can manage the frontend location form what type of other extra location data you want to submit from frontend you can add related fields from here to submit data from frontend according to your requirements.

Display Frontend Submission Form

Using this [fngmp_location_form] shortcode you can display frontend submission form on any page/post/widget/custom post type. This shortcode display location submission form. Website users could submit their location details using this form.

Display Selected Categories on Frontend Form

When you select ‘Category’ field to submit data from frontend please make sure you have created categories in google maps, In case you have not created category then first create a category from navigating to WP Google Map-> Add Marker Category.

Select ‘Category’ field to submit data from frontend & if you want to show only selected categories are displaying in this data field for select, then Please navigate to the ‘Select Category to Display on Frontend Form’ & select marker categories which you want to show on the frontend in this field, then save it.

Display Extra Data Fields On Add Location Form

You can display extra fields what type of extra info you want to show on the marker info window you can submit from the frontend. Please make sure you have created extra fields in case you have not created extra fields then navigate to the WP Google Map->Settings.

In wp google map setting page navigate to the “Extra Field(s)” [ WP Google Map->Settings->Extra Field(s)] create extra field according to your requirments and save it. After this small process navigates to the “WP Google Map->Frontend Form Submission” page.

You can select these extra fields to show on a frontend form, What type of extra information you wanting to stored from frontend by the users.

Display Location Listing

You can display the selected extra fields on the location listing table according to your requirements. Please navigate to the “Display Extra Fields On Table”.

You can see here some checkbox is visible which you had created in Google map’s setting page & also you can see these extra fields are displaying in the “Choose Fields in Add Location Form”.

You can display the location list on the frontend. In this list, the user can see all locations which are submitted by him.

Please use this [fngmp_location_listing] shortcode to show location listing on any page/post/widget/custom post type. This shortcode display all location list which is submit by website users. Website users could see their submitted locations using this form.

Display Import Location On Frontend

Using this addon you & your website users can import locations from the frontend.

Please use this [fngmp_location_form] shortcode to show frontend import location form on any page/post/widget/custom post type. This shortcode display import location form. Website users could import their locations using this form.

Manage Add-on Setting

Manage this addon setting from navigating to “WP Google Map Pro -> Frontend Form Submissions“. You can manage who can add location, view location list and also who can import locations from the frontend.

In Frontend Form Submissions page you can see some shortcode settings checkbox are available these addon settings you can select according to your requirements. Choose shortcode setting then enable the “Login Required” checkbox & add a message to display on the frontend, in the given message box for a non-logged-in user then save these changes.
